Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited availability of our products, we will not be offering refunds, returns and exchanges. Please order carefully as we cannot cancel any orders once they are placed.
In the rare occurrence that you have received a damaged or flawed item we would be happy to refund or exchange the item if still available. Please contact our customer service team within three days of receiving a flawed/damaged item for a full refund.
When returning your item, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your proof of purchase.
Refunds
To start a return, please contact us at support@buttonsandbowschildren.com. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We may request photos to verify and proceed with either a new item, refund or store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
